  1. All orders require a deposit of 33%.
  2. We accept cash, personal or cashier's check, or PayPal.
  3. We do not accept credit cards.

Plant Warranty

We give a 3 month guarantee on all our stock planted and cared for according to our directions. This includes watering and staking. We do not guarantee bamboos left in pots, surrounded by barriers, or planted indoors.

Planting Instructions:

Plant so that top of root ball is at same level as surrounding soil. Do not cover with more than 1 inch of mulch. Water well and keep moist during summer dry season.
See here for full description of planting.

Barrier Issues:

Barriers are ineffective. We do not sell or install rhizome barriers of any sort. We recommend that you do not use barriers of any type. The only effective control is maintenance and vigilance. Please read here for more information about barriers and the problems with them.
